Janyccee Parchment

Janyccee Parchment is an experienced HR Consultant with nearly 15 years of senior human resources leadership across the financial services and banking sectors, with a particular focus on highly regulated, international environments.
She advises organizations on people strategy, talent management, policy design, workforce planning, and HR frameworks that support growth, governance, and operational excellence. Janyccee works closely with executive leadership, boards, and senior management teams to align human capital strategies with business objectives, particularly in complex, cross-border settings.
Prior to transitioning into consulting, Janyccee served as Vice President, People and Operations at FundBank, where she held global responsibility for HR strategy, training and development, and talent management. In this role, she partnered closely with the CEO and Board to ensure the organization was well positioned for scale and long-term sustainability.
Earlier in her career, Janyccee spent over eleven years at DMS Governance (now Waystone) in progressively senior roles, most recently as People Manager. There, she led global recruitment initiatives and specialized in immigration, payroll, and benefits across the Cayman Islands and North American operations.
Janyccee is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)and the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP), and is also a Cayman Islands Notary Public.

Xiran is an accomplished recruitment professional with a Diploma in CIPD Human Resource Management and a BA in Business Studies from Dublin Business School. Having moved from Dublin to the Cayman Islands in 2018.
she has a deep passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities.
With a career that began at JP Morgan Chase in Dublin, where she focused on investment funds, Xiran pivoted to the recruitment industry in 2012. Her extensive industry knowledge, combined with exceptional people skills, has enabled her to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Xiran served as an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist for Maples Group Cayman, where she honed her ability to identify top talent.
Xiran's innovative approach and deep understanding of market trends have positioned her as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. She is committed to fostering meaningful relationships that enhance the recruitment experience for all parties involved Xiran is passionate about working with people and is dedicated to fostering talent in the Cayman Islands and the international markets.
